Cousin-mania round here!!

Our children had their cousins to stay for the past 3 nights.  Excitement reigned on a continuous basis. Shows were put on, a bee stung and a tooth was lost! So cool getting to know their little personalities as they grow up.   At times I felt a little frazzled and gazed out at the stormy spring weather hoping for calm and must confess to sending them out regardless! Not to worry though Zee Zee Merino is perfect for such weather. Bush Bashing in Zee Zee Merino

Hey there people, Thought I would share a wee pic from the weekend. My husband James and I went for our first bushwalk with our kids Millie 3 and Rodie 18months. As you can see, they are suitably attired for dodgy bush weather, in their Zee Zee Merino. The strength and resilience of my children continues to astound me. After walking uphill for over an hour, asking Mils a few times on the way whether she was tired, I ask her again "Are you getting tired yet hun?" Millie responds "Um, yes Mummy, OK I think I am." I am certain that if I hadn't asked she would have powered on up the millionth step, but secretly my thighs were killing me and I was completely out of breath, so it was as good an excuse as I could find to start out retreat back down the ranges. We had a blast anyway, and I would thoroughly recommend taking your kids for a wee outing to your closest bush walkway and see how they go. They are bound to surprise you, we seemed far more exhausted than they did. Their Zee Zee Merino got a great outing and got tested with heat, the odd drizzle of rain and the elements of the bush, and held up a treat, the kids were the perfect temperature throughout the entire trek.

Well better dash...need to do some stretches before bed!
